I placed an order for Klairs Vitamin C on Tira. First of all they sent me a product that was yellow in color, then it has been 25 days and they haven’t pickup up my product. Whenever I call them they just say ‘patience rakhiye patience rakhiye’ I don’t know kis baat ka patience. If they can deliver within 2 days what is the problem with pick up

Worst app ever. They sent any other customers' package to me. And won't even take it back. If you don't know how to do business then don't.

They show you very good offers just as a gimmick. I just ordered to give it a try after 15days of waiting they just cancelled my order for no reason. What a worst experience. Imagine waiting so long still not getting it.

This app doesn’t even cover all the brands. Nykaa is far far better than Tira beauty. Good try!!

Make the coupons make sense. A 25% off coupon, a 20% off coupon, and a 1000 off coupon all have the same discount amount of 600. It’s all just for name sake. At least be honest with those values and don’t put up false advertisements.
