The app is unable to scan my watch kindly get back to me

Not able to scan QR code

Not able to scan my watch from QR code..it’s showing error QR code recognition alert.Kindly resolve the issue as the watch is not working due to above reason.

Worst watch and app

Nothing works!! I purchased just cause of the brand and to my surprise a watch worth 1k is much more better than this. The application gets stuck near scan the watch , i tried multiple times to update the watch and app but nothing works!

App not support

Hello the app is not supported after scan barcode stuck the screen

Worst smartphone app. Please don’t buy this watch as the app is rubbish.

23/02/23 New problem- App logs you off every week or so and then when you login again it treats as if you have a new watch. It forces me to reset the watch and scan the qr code again, thereby I lose all past records. I have stopped using the smart watch because of this. If you correct these in next update of the app please let me know. Else I will use my cheaper smartband only! Update: 17/02/2023Request you to also update the app to make it compatible with iOS 16.2. I updated my phone and the app stopped working. Thanks. 06/08/23 The app still has bugs. At times it skips the Multisport activity. The sports history in watch shows it but the app doesn’t! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP.

Update the App

I don’t understand why this app is not able to function on my iphone 14 plus. I think the app needs a rigorous update to be working on updated softwares that are coming through. I am sure this problem is not from my phone, but it the app’s issue.

Need improvement.

Please add auto sensor run indoor and outdoor task show and dismiss in titan smart setting. Please add high and low heart rate notifications. I need high and low heart rate notifications.

Pairing not happening

In update version getting pairing error.
