Download and appears to do nothing of any use. You need to find a interchange and get your days pass and bus maps. Google has better info if you know where you ate and going.

App, absolutely useless. Took a chance on a bus & pleasantly surprised. Don’t bother with the App, just “wing it”.

I hoped it had improved over time. No. In fact only useful for reading a schedule and stopping points if you actually know the line number. The locations to buy tickets are wrong - both the positioning on the map and then every shop we tried said they no longer sold them. And the mobile ticket app is only useful for locals - you also need to give your passport.

You’d be better off using Google or Apple maps as your planner. The only real use of this app is to decode the bus stop number into a location, and maybe see which bus numbers use it. For a transport system that’s gone totally digital, with zero info of any kind at the bus shelters apart from a number, this is a poor show.

Completely useless. Just says error connecting and to check my connection. Everything else works, so the issue is the app.

Looks like the in-time Alerts, telling you when the next buses is to arrive at a particular stop, does not work when on Wi-Fi. Sort of defeats the purpose.

Fare calculator does not work, map showing charging machines does not work.

Es penoso, y nada de fiar. Te puedes llevar cada sorpresa… Hay ocasiones (bastante frecuentes) en las que te pone una cantidad de tiempo en la que vendrá la guagua a tu parada, y luego de la nada esta cantidad se multiplica dejándote totalmente plantado. Lamentable

Por favor, arréglenla.
