App no longer plays video on 2018 ipad pro
The app used to work, but no longer plays any videos for about a year now. I noticed an update and tried it…still no luck. Please fix.

I have both mobile and premium and get no video or sound from the app after setting up stream info.
Fast forward
2/2/2023. I installed the app, but when I hit play, nothing appears on my screen. I am using iOS 16.2. It works on my iPad.
