Easy-to-use access control for tickets sold through the Tix online and box office ticketing system. Real-time barcode scanning featuring:
• Fast Scanning - TixScan uses your device's camera to scan barcodes. Less time waiting in line to be scanned means happier patrons!
• Background Syncing - Our proprietary syncing process does not require the user to select an "online" or "stand-alone" mode for scanning. Your device syncs to our database in real-time while it is connected to the internet via WiFi or a cellular connection.
• "Scan All" Functionality - Scan all tickets from the same order in one fell swoop!

I also downloaded the app on my iPhone and it says the same thing as the above review. I can log in my browser but can’t log on directly to the app. How are they even in business smh

I created the Tix account yesterday and I am able to log into the account on my Safari browser on my iPad. Today I downloaded the App to my iPhone and tried to log into my account (using the exact same login and password copy/past from my password manager) but the App tells me the account does not exist 🤷‍♀️ Tried several times. Does not work. Too bad. Guess I will have to keep using my browser instead of the App. Will try again some time in the future in the hope they fix it. FYI: Using iPhone Xs for the App.
