It provides online tools like Deposit Tracker, Expense Tracker, Yearly Account Statement, Notice Board, Complaints/Suggestion Box, Poll, Photo Gallery, Vendor list, Resident Directory, Email alerts, SMS to build and maintain a great communication between society members. [Note that this app is only for registered user with TJSBSociety.]

Payment problems

There’s is a serious issue regarding payments. In addition I wonder why extra charges for card payments

Very slow process

Payments done but not getting updated immediately in app shows pending till 1-2 days also receipts not getting generated immediately.

I paid amount greater than the bill amount still it credited only the bill amount. The extra amount was not reflected

3rd class app

This is 3rd class app I’ve ever seen in my life yet. App says to update new version but whenever I am trying to update, they are diverting to Google url instead of App Store.

App inaccessible on iPhone

I’m unable to do any transaction or check my records. Whenever I try to open the app it suggests to update it & on clicking for the same it takes me to Google play store link, which states that the URL not found on this server.
