I have a very bad experience at first order itself. I ordered from kfc and in a meal what i ordered was not given. They ordered different with less quantity. Bad experience

I ordered a food yesterday and i get it after 3 hours. No commitment to customers.

Love their service, I can see them give a serious competition to talabat and akeed which restrict restaurants by delivery radius, I accidentally stumbled upon this gem when I saw a sticker outside a restaurant that I frequent and was hooked on. Fast forward 10 orders later here I am writing how awesome their service is. For starters they have heated parcel bags that ensure that your food reaches you warm and at a temperature that’s good for immediate consumption. The riders that I have experienced so far were all soft spoken, well groomed and professional and were spot on time. The other best part is that they don’t seem to have a delivery radius for the restaurants that the deliver from so I can get orders from restaurants as far as 25 kms and I can be rest assured that if the order is accepted then it would be delivered to me on time and hot. And that’s grade A+++ delivery service. The selection of restaurants here are amazing. And part of their earnings also go towards charity and a noble cause. Kudos and hats off to you guys. You are doing an amazing job. At the moment (feb 2021) they are not charging for delivery. But I wouldn’t mind paying a premium amount for the kind of service that they provide. Try it out guys. You would not go back to talabat or akeed again, well I most probably wouldn’t. I don’t usually do reviews unless the service has exceeded expectations ( either positive or negative ) and this I. My books is a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service.

They do not honor the timing

no one cares about if there’s an issue from them , they’ll ignore you..
