TMB App (Metro Bus Barcelona)

Ich kann nichts kaufe. Habe mich registriert. ID: DNI, NIE… was? Mein Profil lässt sich nicht ausfüllen. Daten werden akzeptiert aber nicht gespeichert. Kann dadurch nichts kaufen. Zahlungsmethode hinterlegen nicht möglich. Das ist doch ein Witz.

I wanted to buy a single ticket and it asks for IDE or NIE. Both of which i dont have none of my passport number or id number work for this app...

La aplicación no se abre. Solo veo la pantalla de inicio TMB cargando. Así no se puede usar. Me gustaría dar cero estrellas

Kein Ticketverkauf, keine Live-Zeiten, keine Infos zu Ticketgültigkeiten. Hab mich auf diese App verlassen und musste am Ende viel laufen, weil nichts nach Plan verlief und mein im Bus gekauftes Ticket im nächsten Verkehrsmittel keine Gültigkeit hatte.

Seems the developers still did not fix this. Go on the upper left account/head icon, scroll down, go to the previous last link, something like settings, select English. Not sure how one can buy a ticket with this app. You cannot enter a German passport, it’s not accepted? Overall could be a nice app, but has several obstacles, not that easy to use.

As a foreigner with no Spanish ID card you simply can not buy a metro ticket with the app. It does not allow you to register with the German ID number or the European passport. Also you can scan your paper ticket but can not use it from the app. I want to have my ticket fully digital which is possible in Germany since 2010. Fix this - do better

Mit der App habe ich gerade erfolgreich ein Busticket für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr in Barcelona mit Apple Pay und ohne Anmeldung gekauft. Nach der Installation war es aber erst etwas seltsamer statt der eigentlichen Texte nur Platzhalter variablen angezeigt wurden. Der Kauf hat aber problemlos funktioniert. einfach im Bus zu dem kleinen Terminal neben dem Fahrer gehen und mit Apple Pay bezahlen.

The app seems okay to search for a connection, but doesn't display prices in the search and you can't buy tickets without registering for a card. So, not worth downloading.

If you don’t have Spain, Catalan or English as first language you see only the strings used for the languages. You have to find the setting, where you could change the language. If the smartphone hasn’t a valid language code, EN should be used by default.
