Not even loading

iOS “Photos” App stores many different file formats (jpg, tif, HEIC and mov among others). Have tried many different versions of this app and all of them do a reasonable job of backing up photos from an iPhone to the appropriate folder in the TNAS server, but it chokes on stored .mov files and refuses to back them up.

Prompts to update for phone backup feature but does not have an update available

I deleted prior tnas mobile app. Installed this new one. Tried to download photos from phone and app says, ‘you don’t have the most recent version. Please update.’ Then it takes me to the app center where app shows OPEN (instead of UPDATE) because I have the newest version. Smh

Crashes 2 seconds after start

I installed and reinstalled and the app keep crashing , down work at all

Constant “Connection Lost! Please Log In Again” error.

The app was working fine with TOS 5.0, until today when I updated my TOS to 5.1

After a recent upgrade this app started to be functional. I am able to browse and view photos and movies now.
