TNG Wallet - 香港人的電子錢包

Me and my friends has stop using this TNG app. Since January the delay has started on their system whenever you transferred money in Global Remittance. The first time will take up to 3days before your money be processed, the second they adjusted it to 7days before they process, then it became 14days and now it will take up to 23days before your money will be processed? Imagine that. They never upgrade their system to catch up tih the high volume of remittance. They always make their customer suffer and wait.

It takes 18 days for international remittance. Not good

It takes 14 days for a simple overseas transfer. It looks like the hold your money for 14 days to use it for different purposes and only release it later when you chase after them. A form of scam.

Before i believe on this app very much but now it’s really-really DISAPPOINTED!!!

But It’s really disappointing now , my remittance is still being processing since 6 days . Not recommend to use in urgent situations.

Not good anymore i think they using our money before they send try other good apps like alipay or panda remit guys

It’s been 4 days since I transfer the money to the other country and still not approve yet. What happen with TNG now why is more slower and slower to approve the transfer process.

Remittance always get DELAY

Transaction was VERY SLOW in Global Remittance. I’ve sent Money to other country and choses TNG thinking that the transaction was faster and more convenient than the physical remittance shop but but I was wrong! It’s been 24 hrs yet my remittance hasn’t been successful. The money I’ve sent IS urgently needed and because of the delay, the situation became worst!!!!!
