Login option is not included, Every time when I try to book a ticket , I have to enter all my details. At times the Application gets crashed and suddenly comes to home screen.
Irresponsible booking app and service too
Last night I booked a TNSTC ticket.they charged me 535 rupees, but I haven’t received the ticket. When I checked the app, it says, “Please enter valid details.” When I tried calling to provided valid number, it turned out to be a wrong number. I even tried calling another number, but there was no response. This is the second time this has happened to me. One of the worst apps and services!
App is getting freeze
Device used: iPhone 14(OS: 17.3.1) App is getting freeze when user not fully typed a district name, ID Proof selection, etc Note: Please fix this issue because of this unable book a ticket
