案量過少，導致購買的金幣在期限內歸零，寫信給客服幾個月都沒有任何回音，像石沈大海一樣。 公司遠在香港，無從申訴，台灣的用戶真的不要去用。

自我介紹輸入框無法輸入文字，無法完善專家檔案，無法進行下一步，上一次打開是去年十月，因為這中間工程師會修好，結果都明年還是一樣==

專家資料部分 無法建檔打字 按都不能按 不知道怎麼聯絡客服 只好打在這讓app開發人員知道ㄧ下

App設計很差
一直以來都是透過APP購買金幣，已多次購買，發現為什麼於APP購買100金幣要1,120，網頁版卻只要760，消費體驗很差，感覺受騙上當了，APP上也沒有明確告知時效只有一年，用APP買的很像冤大頭。 ———————————— APP一直很不穩定，每次都登不進去或是多次登出帳號(確定並沒有登出或是帳密錯誤)導致看見案件也無法報價，收了費用卻無法得到滿意使用服務，而且還是被收比較貴的費用，無語了
電話機制
為何要把電話查看機制改掉，有些都已讀好玩的也沒有聯絡方式，這樣很浪費消費者的錢看可不可以改回來
