Together CU MobileAccess+

Together CU is behind the times. Almost every other major bank offers Zelle as an option to send money to people within their mobile apps. TogetherCU also seems to prohibit putting one of their debit cards into the Zelle app in order to use it manually. I was told by Zelle support that it is Together CU’s fault that I have been having issues sending money through their service. Please make it easier to send money to people who are not members.

I don’t understand why it’s asking for a payment method to download the app. Is this a new feature? I’m not happy about it.

I really like this app. It allows you to save time.

The latest update, 4-12-24, removes the ability to view electronic check receipts. Please fix this.

Several times this application has not worked when I need access to my accounts.

I Love being with Together…

Been a member since 2015 (?) Together CU decided to close my Visa account basically stripping my ability to pay my Visa balance online or via the app. How is this a smart process???? There’s a balance on the account. Why would you take away options to accept payment???? I have used the online/app pay system the entire time I’ve been with them. So annoyed.

The bank site has more problems than any other bank site of mine. I am no longer surprised to see the information unavailable or the site down. I have been with them since they were Anheuser Busch Credit Union. Never used to be that way. As the bank continues to grow it doesn’t mean it is getting better.

EXCELLENT customer service. The guys at the Jacksonville location make you truly feel like family.

Cannot find account info anywhere. App opens directly to ‘Bill Pay’. There is no option to view account balances or transactions from any menu in app or settings. Which should be the primary function of a banking app, IMO.
