TOGO'S Sandwiches

This is mind blowing! An app adding an automatic tip?! I saw another review that said the same thing, & wish I had seen it before placing my order so I could have removed the presumptuous tip. The app automatically adds a tip right below the tax &, unless you’re reviewing every line, & if you’re in the slightest bit of a hurry, you’re likely to miss it, like I did. I believe this is highly unethical. I don’t tip fast food joints for making my order, if I’m not dining in, no place rates a tip for merely providing the product that they are selling at a price for which I’ve agreed to pay.

The app reset my tip amount to a high percentage, even after I changed it once. It shouldn’t be set to automatically tip in the first place. This is flagrant and hurts my trust in TOGOs as a whole.

Togo’s came out with a limited time only BBQ sandwich, but the Togo’s app won’t let you order it. Thanks Togo’s. It’s great that you punish people that use your app!

Wrong order the sandwich appears to be old and cold, got wrong dressing for my salads, I had never any issue with this location I hope they improve their service!

how do you not support apple pay, in the iphone app store, on iphones, in 2024, when most people will just go to competitor that doesnt make them manually type in their credit card info. do you want us to fax you a birth certificate too?

Received wrong salad with wrong dressing. A salad and sandwich for $26? You’d expect them to get it right. Make it right, Togo’s.

I seen bugs crawling on the brown bags at the location in Antioch ca , off of hillcrest ! That completely freaked me out I won’t be eating there again .

Increase prices decreased portions all in the name of inflation but we all know it’s a choice. $18 for a sandwich is ridiculous.

The app and online ordering option is almost too brief and straight forward. I have an avocado allergy and there’s nowhere to add an allergy so the staff can exercise caution. Also, where did ‘make it a meal’ go?

Yesterday, I went to this TOGOS to pickup my online order. For the most part this is a good store. Just not great. I ordered my sandwich with pickles, peppers and pepperoncinis with other toppings. I only had pepperoncinis on half my sandwich and NO pepper or pickles. We order things they way we feel taste the best to us. So, without the pickles and only pepperoncinis only on half the sandwich, my sandwich wasn’t satisfying. I don’t know the young man’s name that made my sandwiches.
