Customer service is generally helpful, but sometimes the wait times can be long.

Still need alot of improvements but so far so good. Encourage others to try this platform

If you want to lose money in trading crypto this is the best app to use. First of all it is not user friendly. Luno is so much better. Due to their system glitch i lose 10% from the transaction. I raised a dispute the minute the transaction occured and still they did not rectify the problem. The very least they could do is to refund their fee but didnt even do that. Their reply is its a normal thing. You can buy anytime but when you want to sell thats when the system will fail you.

I downloaded and registered. But the apps is not stable. Keep closing by itself.

Not user friendly, slow and really confused when withdraw btc to own cold wallet.
