It’s just so frustrating to pin a location when map’s always frozen. You can’t properly pin it in. Grrrr

Hi, I am a franchisee and has friends who wants to use my referral code for Toktok. They have registered prior to me giving my referral code. Now, because they have already registered, there is NO option to change or update the referral code in the profile or anywhere. Is there a work-around for this? Another thing, we can’t track where and how far by minutes the rider is. No way to contact them. We have been a Lalamove user for over a year and by far their service and app has been amazing. The communication with the riders is flawless, the tracking is amazing which does not make us anxious especially our business is food, and most especially the fee is far cheaper. Thanks!

THE RIDERS ARE ALWAYS ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT SO HIGHH! AND WHEN YOU DIDNT AGREE WITH THEIR OWN PRICE, THEY WILL ASK ME TO CANCEL EVERYTIME! AND WHEN I DO, I AM ALWAYS BLOCKED BY THE APP! STUPID APP SERVICE, DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO IMPROVE THEIR APP!!!! BETTER CHOOSE LALAMOVE AND OTHERS
