Nothing is suited for atinys who don’t speak Korean so there’s no point downloading and buying the membership🩷😗no translation buttons and no translations for the lives either wasted my money man😭

I do love this app after waiting so long for it. The app itself is accessible and simple enough to use, but with paid for content such as messaging, it really could do with some sort of internal translation as with other kinds of messaging services for idols. Currently this app excludes a huge swathe of the international fans so we can at least follow conversations.

Would be better with a translation feature and if you could hide other people’s messages on the private chat because it makes it feel so chaotic when the chat’s moving quickly and it’s taking up half the screen

You practically have to pay for every feature on the app, including lives.

A really good app that runs smoothly and connects us well with the artists. However some changes need to be made to make sure it’s suitable to everyone. First we need a translation button for the live chat feature for foreign users. Second we need the chat box to have an option to be hidden as it quite annoying when seeing the members messages. That’s pretty much it for now.

혹시 인증번호를 직원분들께서 직접 보내시는건가요..?며칠전부터 별별 이메일을 다 써도 인증번호가 안오네요. 리뷰들 보니까 시스템도 좋지않은 것 같은데 회원가입도 안되니 답답하네요ㅠㅠ 리뷰들에 답글도 없던데 담당자분께서 피드백 보시고 수용해주셨으면 좋겠네요. 여기에 신경을 안쓰시는건가요?

팝 이용권도 구독했고 알람 설정도 다 돼 있는데 어느 순간부터 알람이 아예 안 떠요. 게시물+공지+팝 전부다 알람 자체가 아~~~예 안 떠요 왜이럽니까 도대체?ㅜㅜ 뭐가 문제인 걸까요. 앱 삭제하고 재설치한 건데도 이러네요 해결방법 좀 알려주세요.

다 좋은데 라이브보면서 다른앱 킬수잇게 해주세요 .. 앱나가면 라이브도 꺼지는게 너무 아쉬움 ㅠㅠ

직원들 다 퇴사했나요? 급해죽겠는데 허구헌날 답변 처리중만 맨날천날 띄우고 있고 고객센터 전화는 걸어봤자 연결할 수 없다고 하고; 그럴거면 애초에 첨부터 일처리를 잘하든지 *•.¸♡𝕊𝕀𝔹𝔸𝕃♡¸.•* 이대로 영영 답변 안 할까봐 식겁하는 중이니까 제발 문의 답변 좀 하세요;;
