TJs is one of our go-tos for no-cooking nights. Here to review the app, not the food. The app is extremely difficult to read with orange text on light gray background. Very fussy menu that requiring adding to the basket multiple times. The “remember the credit card” feature doesn’t work - in fact if it’s on, the payment won’t go through. Pls fix.

Does not recognize my email. Will not let me register a new account. Can’t place an order. Terrible!

Your app needs real work. The color of the font, orange or kind of yellow/orange is extremely hard to read. Also, your font is too small. And the app doesn’t flow well. Please find a professional to resolve these issues with your app. Basically what I’m saying, is that your app Looks very amateurish and it’s hard to read.

It does not work! Have to walk a mile to pick up food.

With so many great developers in Denver, I would have thought this app would have gotten a major makeover by now. The yellow type against a light background makes this app terribly inaccessible for anyone with visual disabilities (or aging eyes!). As others noted, the ordering system is clunky, making you add things multiple times just to get it in the basket. It’s always a toss up whether it remembers my last order or not. And then sometimes won’t even let me change the location midway through adding things to my basket…completely emptying everything making me start over from scratch. Friends, we have been loyal to Tokyo Joe’s since the early 2000’s…this app should reflect the quality of the company and its values instead of whatever this mess turned out to be. Invest in a refresh…it’s beyond time!

Horrible app. It glitches all the time when trying to check out and try adding a card to pay. Even when you have Apple Wallet connected and choose this method to pay, it makes you try adding a card to the wallet when you already have it set up. And now, to make this app even worse, you can only choose between 1-5 veggies to add if you don’t choose the “Top 5 Veggie Mix.” It’s a shame, because Tokyo Joe’s food is delicious. The poor quality of this app will serve as a deterrent for people who wanted to order here.

This place makes the best steak bowls and they’re so carful with my celiac disease and cross-contamination. Plus the GF teriyaki sauce is delicious! I eat here quite a bit and haven’t been sick yet, just make sure you tell the staff about your allergy.

I haven’t been able to order through the app for over a week now. Every time I get to the payment screen, I get errors when trying to pay with a card. When I do Apple Pay, I get an error stating that I need a valid card to use, which I can’t add because of the errors. It had deleted the card I was using. I deleted the app and logged in again and it didn’t help.

Mobile order no longer works since the app update. Now just throws an error when trying to make a payment. How this got past QC is amazing.

The payment process fails every time. It’s not an issue with my credit card, because I can order through their website. Also, the devs need to change the text color. The yellow text used has poor contrast with the background. It’s a basic, yet glaring, accessibility failure.
