Finished up to the Egyptian Desert 6 months ago and the new levels still aren’t available. Disappointed.

Logged on after an entire day and all my special event tickets were gone it said 0/30 but I was at full + I had tons extra that u gain from normal dungeon raids. Also the weekly free crate disappeared from the store when I first started playing and I never got to claim it and it still isn’t back. And it isn’t recording that I’ve logged in for 3 days so far so I can’t claim my reward for the daily thing. In conclusion can u guys PLEASE FIX THIS!??? Thanks. Otherwise the game is really fun 🥲

Crashes constantly.

Besides crashing once in awhile I can’t play Tomb 5-5 because it will always load as 5-4 womp womp

Would be nice if you made the animation shorter when claiming prizes

I like this game and I’d give it five stars if it worked, but mine stopped working after a Netflix update came out. Tried everything in their help file but nothing worked. Contacted support. They tried and said "Sorry. There's no steps to resolve this. Have a nice day!" After working two thirds of the way through this game, I’m not keen on reinstalling it and starting all over. Frustrating.

I think this game has what it takes to be a great mobile game, but they didn’t take enough of the free to play aspects out of it. SPIN THE LUCKY WHEEL as soon as you enter a level. Collect all the cash from your kills, then choose your new skill, UP GRADES UPGRADES, UPGRADES! I pay Netflix over 20 bucks a month that should be enough to get rid of that crap, I would be playing this game right now if Netflix was smart enough to just let it be a game instead of a free to play addiction machine. This junk won’t inspire anyone to hold on to there Subscriptions, I actually enjoy the free to play more than the Netflix version, the Netflix version is too easy once you get too many of those upgrades you got to pay a little for if you really need them on the free to play version. The real deal breaker is that it’s not really a game, what I mean by that is the app won’t save your play unless you complete all 50 parts of a level, what could have been a short burst of fun seems to be intentionally design to be an addiction machine that over steps trying to get its players to spend as much time on it as possible, if I was willing to put up with all the other garbage, the forced time it asks you to spend to get through a level means it’s not really a mobile game. It’s unbelievable the lengths developers are willing to go to to ruin their own games and treat there players like crap which might not even be more profitable than what a real game would have been. Best case scenario they get to take advantage of a small group of losers willing to be treated like crap and waste a bunch of time on an intentionally designed to be dumb mobile app. Note: I just learned that the app actually can save and return you to a level, but it doesn’t work when try to pick up where you left off on a different device. Now that I’m on the subjective game saving, this game strangely saves the the last level you completed on all your Devices, but it doesn’t save your weapons upgrades, so in short if your gonna try playing this junk it’s best to do it on just one device since the developer did such a bad job in this aspect of the game.

I “ranked up” the classic and bomber outfit to rank 2. Somehow, the upgrade was lots and I start from rank 1 again and lose all the pieces that I collected. There is another glitch where it do not recognize the number of consecutive login for the “goal” even though I log in at least once a day.

Love the game but it becomes slower and more unstable as time passes. I can’t even complete a level anymore. Please fix.
