Horrible customer service
I bought a package of classes from the app. After that, they signed me up for an automatic renewal of a membership that I did not want. I emailed in within three hours of the membership renewing telling them that I wanted it canceled. They never canceled it. When I went on their app to try and find, a phone number or a way to contact them I had to dig and dig in order to find any kind of contact information. After sending more emails about how I did not want the membership renewed they told me they never received my first email so I sent them screenshots. I told them that I wanted my membership canceled, but I would still like access to the courses that I did pay for, but none of the new courses or any of their other membership perks. After a month of emailing, I am still not able to access the courses I bought through the app and they have yet to say anything regarding a refund but they continue to tell me that tech-support is supposed to reach out to me so that way I can access the courses I did buy. But that has not happened. This is very disappointing and because of this, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
