The first time I had chunks taken out of my hair at the back and looked like a patchwork quilt. The next time I got booked in with the owner and told to come at 9am sharp, got there 10minutes early only to have the staff book someone else into my spot and told to wait for 30 minutes. The third time I had all the hair around my ears missed and I looked like YODA lol. Just don’t, just nope. Got to just cuts instead lol

Gets stuck in a loop during the check in process. Asks you to log in and every time it asks you to log in, it creates a booking.

First time user today. Excellent. Arrived with 5 mins to go and spot on time. I like how you can book and then turn up when it’s your turn. Great job.

Told me my booking was at one time, however when i showed up it had changed by 30 minutes in an already 2 hour long wait time.

But the app and the scheduling are trash. It always feels like they are slipping in extra walk in customers and I have a significantly longer wait than quoted.

Have tried booking several times with the app and wait times are highly inaccurate. You don’t get called by the shop like you would if you booked in person. Times always getting pushed back 20-30mins. If you do book through app then just confirm it’s there by calling them.

Pretty useless app... never gives you an accurate time. Always have to wait an extra 30-40 minutes from the time the app says my appointment is to when I get to the store! Only good thing is you can see who is working. Other than that don’t bother using it, call the store and make an appointment the old fashioned way.

The app is not accessible and buttons are announced as ‘button’ with no accessible name. People who rely on assistive technology will not be able to use the app. Blind people need haircuts too!

iPhone X doesn’t load don’t bother

This app is really not working now. It was a good app but now seems to have problems loading. Spoke to the people in store but they said they don’t control the app, wonder who does????
