I have bought from them over the years but the app doesn’t work on my iPhone 11.

I have bought a dozen things now and I believe these guys are major competitors for online purchasing. Everything came fast and was exactly what I wanted. 🙏. 🇨🇦

Every-time I want to track an order the app closes ... If you try to contact the “developer” you end up at the tomtop site ... Worthless app

My son ordered one of these and was very pleased with it. I emailed the company and asked to get the same price for the next ones I wanted to order. Then I didn’t get a response and then we t ahead and ordered 2 more at 44.91 each. At the final end screen it said 80.54X2 and I contacted the individuals and they threatened to cancel the order. I wanted them to send 4 since that is what i paid for!! I wanted the items but I wanted them for the the posted price. Not happy with this company. The people I ordered these for are not happy with the company as the price quoted was not the price we paid!!! Customer service is not good!!! They’re rude and not willing to work with the customer.

I ordered a product. Paid for product. Then I was told I had to pay 12 more US dollars for my product to be shipped.... they will hold your wanted item ransom. Don’t fall for their tricks. If you pay the price they ask they can’t ask for more money. Also check who makes the product and see if you can get it right from the supplier. Sometimes it’s cheaper and you may get a warranty.

When I ordered a mask that mask hasn’t even came yet. It said it will arrive 12-30 business days well it had been a month. I rather order something on eBay

Avoid this seller, very poor customer support. My item never received and never get a refund!!!
