Tone - Learn Perfect Pitch!

I downloaded to try the application with an easy 7 day trial. I cancelled my subscription on the second day, however I keep getting charged from iTunes for €105! Please be fair in these uncertain times. I am truly not willing to spend this amount when the global economy is rumbling down. I need the money to survive, not to tune my pitch.

This app earned my rating. I tried it out of curiosity - I aced all the levels >98% first time. The UI is flaky, there are problems with scrolling during the introductory “wizard” sequence. Next up, the randomization is not iuniform for the the default sample set (major scale). Out of 100 prompts, precisely 5 were the note “E” which suggests 1/20 odds - whereas there are only 7 options. Sometimes you get prompted with the exact same note 6x in a row. Finally, the “keyboard entry option” (which only works in interval mode) is impossible to correctly answer the black keys. This is even on my iPad Pro, so smal screen size was not the cause of that issue. When showing my stats, it showed “overal mastery” at ~0% even though I completed all practice on the most extensive levels with 98%+ accuracy (which WILL be shown when you drill down to individual notes/internals/chords). I guess what they really mean is: you didn’t pay enough. All in all, I think the app is mediocre to poor, and very overpriced. That’s especially jarring since they’re almost selling the impossible promise: you can’t teach perfect pitch (you have to acquire the basic aptitude in your early infancy), you can of course train your application of it.

Mooie eenvoudige app. Kosten zijn echter een no-go om deze app daadwerkelijk te gebruiken.

I really hope they wont bill me. Didnt accept anything nor the free trial but they ask you to pay almost immediately after you get the app. It’s not good either. No learning curve, doesn’t even record your pitch. It’s literally a scam

Is expensive . Why note free? Or cheaper?

Free trial automatically turns into a 99$ / year subscription. Sneaky, sure. Sneaky enough? I don’t think so.

Even though i selected a 7-day trial, and i cancelled it after 1 use of the app within the 7-day trial, they still billed me €104! Now im stuck with a useless app, and there is no way they will even react to any of my emails. DONT. BUY. THIS. APP!!!
