I love it. No charges to every transactions. I can also have multiple stash and encourage me to save more.

The worst customer service ever, unhelpful, rude and the hold time is way too long and when they get back to you they can’t help you.

Very very poor customer service. This app is now being used by scammers online. I’ve already reported this over a week ago and up to now there’s no progress. They’re just acknowledging your email but no definite action being taken on Tonik’s end. It seems like they don’t care at all. Won’t recommend this app. Not even worth a star to rate.

Iits not helpful

One of the Legit loan app I've tried. Paid early but than the term of my loan but then in the second reloan I was rejected. Dont know why?, since I believe I had a was a good payor. So sad

Easy to use

Once you requested to close your account, they won’t allow you to reopen nor create a new account.

Reliable with friendly service, hope lang na pwede makareloan agad. Over all one of the great loan app in the market

Ive been a good payer with Tonik with my loan and then suddenly I got rejected. Twice! I dont see it as a reliable loan/ banking app. even their reps cannot do anything to overide the decision because they said its "system generated" which is not fair. I had 2-3 loans already with Tonik and Inpay my bills on time but its not allowing me to reloan again.
