Problem with download

Hi initially when I purchased and opened the app I was able to access and download the brushes . But now I m not . I am having problems with download and saving them

Worst app ever

FIRST OF ALL do you even give a trial like you show me so much videos and then you’re asking for money what is this like no trials and stuff like have any good services?? I cannot even draw on this how I am supposed to trust you ?? Like I need a trial for at least one day and I have deleted this app because of this no drawing . The worst app ever .!!!!

i paid for the premium the price has been deducted from my bank account, but it doesn’t show in the app ans it keeps asking me to upgrade and i can’t even use it , i tried to contact and ask for refund but there’s no one 1999 rupees wasted i don’t know what to do or whom to contact

Can I get a refund?

I purchased the software for converting my procreate files to vector but it says I will have to pay extra 299₹ for every conversion … I don’t need any other tool yet ended up paying 1999₹ for no use of this. Please a humble request you kindly refund me. I am a regular procreate user but this purchase dose not make any sense to me.

After installing this app, it directly asks you to make payment first, if I am paying for something I should first at least look at what I’m about to pay for. I’d like to look what kind of brushes are available, whether they’re worth of or not.
