A really pleasant stay in Paris! Toosla made it easier!
Total scam - avoid at all cost - Arnaque totale / évitez à tout prix
Zero star. This company is a scam. The app never allowed me to complete my registration for a booking due to several bugs. Toosla instantly took my money though and sent an automated message “confirming” the booking even though the app would not let me upload documents necessary to validate, therefore voiding the booking. I sent several messages: no response. Four days before the beginning of my rental, I sent both a message and an email to cancel (the requirement is to cancel 12 hours in advance). Still no response 10 days later. And my payment still has not been reimbursed. I received a message asking me to rate a “conversation” with their assistance desk, which never occurred! And they closed my ticket as resolved! All the while, the rental shows as ongoing in their app, even though I could not upload the necessary documents, cancelled the rental and thus never took the car. This is a total scam. Next step: filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Toosla has been great so far. Responsive customer service. The car I have had every time I have rented has been clean and comfortable.
