Toothfairy App is incredible! The dentists are kind, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. you can tell you’re in good hands from the start. Honestly, I wouldn’t use anything else after discovering this app. Once you try it, you won’t go back! It’s super useful for both emergency dental issues and cosmetic treatments. The service is brilliant, and the convenience is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t book an appointment. Nothing available even months in advance. Took ages for replies in the chat eventually they sent me a prescription for painkillers which the pharmacies couldn’t use. I went on a wild goose chase eventually a pharmacy did enter the code given and the link but it just kept saying no authorisation. Then I couldn’t get back on the app either as it was saying no authorisation just to use the app. so all in all wasted a lot of time that I didn’t have to waste. Very disappointed

Would recommend has been helpful when I need it. My family also have access which is a plus. Dentist is respectable and fair advice.

Won’t let me sign up. Putting in valid password (upper/lowercase numbers and symbols, 8 characters) and it the create account button stays disabled

Thanks visiting my own dentist, and It’s been helpful in getting some assistance for an abscess but also tracking treatment. I take a lot of personal responsibility for my teeth and this has been helpful for me.

This app is really useless. You can’t really access anything on it. I’ve had appointments for my aligners and they don’t appear in the appointments tab. There’s nowhere for notes from your previous appointments. You use the AI track to submit progress images but can’t access them once submitted. There’s a bug on the upper teeth one where the guideline doesn’t show. Other people’s prescriptions often show up in my profile. You can’t track updates on your aligners or other things being sent. There isn’t a place for guides on things like whitening or aligners, etc. The app is really just there for submitting update photos and as a portal to chase customer service to give you a response on your ongoing issues.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been a thing already. Such an amazing idea for people who struggle to physically see a dentist in person. Also had no idea that 7/10 dental issue can actually be solved through the application itself! Great way to prevent issues before they become chronic. Looking forward to seeing this company thrive.

Excellent dentists, really helpful and they know their technical detail. Efficient service and the app works very smoothly.

It’s been like gold dust trying to get a dentist lately. Amazed by the service of the dentist here who managed to sort out my issue. I’m now on the kit plan and it’s been life saving having assistance.

Recently had a consultation after nearly 2 years of not being able to see my NHS dentist. Super fast responsive treatment. Very happy with the service and will be a permanent customer from here on.
