Toowoomba Parking

Was working just fine then they removed the stop button in the recent update. Which is very annoying and inconvenient if you need to use the app to park elsewhere having not needed to stay as long as expected in the current location. I hope they fix this soon. The change from paying at the end of the session to the beginning is fine but I have over the last few days had it charging me at both beginning and end of the session. I have let them know the issue and hope it is resolved soon. Very sad because until the recent change and especially this week I would have given this app a 4 star rating.

Search for a parking bay number on the actual meter, no hit; even if the car park is right next the meter. Same with the app. Anything not to print an actual ticket…. Gold for the brown bombers…. Rang the helpline….. you still can get fined…..

I start work before the paid parking starts. Yet paying on the app, the counter starts prior. ie. Paid at 7:30am for 3hrs & 15min (8hr park spot) & instead of finishing at 12:15pm it stops at 10:45am 🙄.

I rarely write a review, but this app is so terrible it needs it. You cannot search by a parking bay number, you cannot see where you are on the map (no blue dot to show location) and it won’t let you select the correct time limitation (trying to park in a 3P, says the maximum is 1P!!) Please improve

The app isn’t too bad to navigate but I find I have to find exactly where I am to pay for parking. The app needs to pinpoint where you are just like in google maps.

I would urge the council to contact the Gold Coast Council re the parking app they use, it’s sooo easy to use! It’s called ‘Easy Park’ and it is.

This app doesn't work. They bays don't match the app. Do not get this app so frustrating. Needs an overhaul.

Every park has a number. The app only works on zones. Why can’t they just let you enter the car number?

Parking bays are numbered but Zone numbers are not identified anywhere. App requires zone number not bay number ! Search function can’t find anything and the street map doesn’t show where you are.
