Had billions off money and it seemed to disappear and when contacted them all they wanted to know what the exact amount was and when it disappeared. How the hell was I supposed to keep tabs on that they should be able to tell at there end where all my money went they just seem to fob you off after playing this game for 5 years now. Be aware lose your coins or money they won't sort it.
Guys I was a new player and purchased the monthly pack. I received no rewards so brought up a complaint. They asked me for screenshots which i provided. Nearly 2 weeks later they won’t respond and have robbed me of the monthly pack amount. I asked in the chat and this is very common Steer clear!
Do not download! You don’t get what you pay for, customer support always close the conversation when approached and not interested in resolving the issue that being Arlen & Michael. Too many bugs and not realistic also! It’s known that when using your visa debit card they withdraw cash from your accounts it’s happened to many people and again you approach them and conversation closed. Everyone is leaving this game, I’ve played It for nearly 5 years, they are only interested in getting money off you. The game crashes, they change things, they never respond to emails, just useless, thus week loads of players lost their teams and still they do nothing.
nothing changed over 5 yrs playing. developers and mods no help when issues arise, only interested in giving out pathetic bans when their quota is low. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!!! Six years of building a team to reach top Level 40 and the update wiped all of that completely. I’m now back to Level 1. Gamegou devs, I’d like my team back.
Always complaining to the game. Bugs glitches unfair bans. Mod power abuse. Miss sold super star player bid for a captain ability player then once my bid was placed the player changed!!! I complained about this they said they could not refund even tho it wasn’t the player i bid on it swapped out and bugged out. Complaints about a few thing but it’s always get closed and never a reply this game does not care for it customers and the social bully that goes on in the chats is outrageous sleek and nothing gets done do not let you kids download this!! There will get abused and called fake and because they defend they self they then get ban it’s totally unprofessional this game 😡😡😡😡😡
We need to control players with shoot buttons and passing e.t.c, If we can’t, sometimes we lose then we rage. So please do this!
