The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it and subsequently published future issues. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your ‘Account Settings’ after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
RESTORE PREVIOUS PURCHASES
To restore any previous purchases after updating the app, go to your TopGear magazine UK library, click the menu button in the top right of the app, then tap the cog icon button in the bottom right of the screen and select ‘Restore Purchases’. Then select ‘Restore’ on the pop up, and your previous purchases will be restored.
Unfortunately, from time to time, an app may crash, and on the odd occasion this happens, we will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible. In order to diagnose a problem, we would really appreciate it if you the cog icon in the menu, then tap "Report a problem" and send us details of your issue.

Best magazine ever!!!

Apart from the fact that Top Gear is one of the best magazines "In the world!", the app is absolutely amazing. Interactive, easy to use and generaly great!

iPad issues

App didn't even start on my iPad air. It is downloaded correctly but it didn't appear anywhere. Opening directly from AppStore does not work also. Tried to send a direct message to dev but Top Gear magazine is not listed at their support website.

App Doesn’t Work

I have to log in every time I want to read Top Gear and it doesn’t remember where I left off previously. I have tried to get resolved but no one seems to know how to resolve. Goi g to ask for a refund and buy a hard copy of the magazine instead. It’s useless

Stay where I was!

Seriously TG. Just because I went to a different app to reply to a message doesn’t mean I want you to go right back to the start and choose which magazine I want. Then choose the same artical I was reading 5 seconds ago.

Constantly Fails

I constantly have trouble trying to read the magazines. It keeps telling me I have no subscription. I have to log out then re-login. Sometimes it won’t let me read some issues then another day it allows me. The telephone help line are beyond useless. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Latest Version Doesn’t Load

After updating my iPad software this app no longer opens.

Does not work with my iPad

Down loaded iOS 12.5.4 for my iPad Air today & the Ap will no longer Open. Apple have concluded my iPad is working correctly after returning to Factory Settings. I renew my Annual Subscription next week & need help Terry

New version won’t load

I can no longer use the app since the latest version was installed. It will no longer load. Apparently only way to report an issue is by opening the app and clicking report an issue! Any guidance gladly welcomed

PDF at last

After almost two years of the new format for the iPad, they have at least offered the older easier to read PDF format, just in time for me to renew my subscription

App update not compatible with my iPad

I have just discovered after wondering why the October edition of the magazine wasn’t available the the latest Top Gear App update isnt compatible with my iPad OS and I have the latest software update on it.
