What the TopCard Mobile App offers

• Jailbroken devices are not supported.

The TopCard Mobile App offers a high security level. Thanks to effective methods with two-factor authentication with the TopCard Security App and encryption of the authentication data, the access to your card data is protected.
Nevertheless, please observe the following recommendations:
• Lock your screen to protect your smartphone from unauthorized access.
• Only use the security details of TopCard, such as the card/account number or PIN, to log in to the TopCard Mobile App. Never use it to log in to third-party apps.
• Do not disclose any personal information or security details. TopCard will never ask you for such, neither in the app nor by telephone, e-mail or text message.

Worst card app
You need two apps, you can only do the bare minimum in it. I switched to viseca because their app is top notch.
veraltet
Im Vergleich zu den Apps von Cornerbank, Viseca oder auch debiX ist diese App altbacken und unübersichtlich. Da wäre mal ein grösseres Redesign und Update fällig. Die Vertragsnummer als Nutzername ist unhandlich, besonders wenn man plötzlich eine neue zugeteilt kriegt.
UX aus den 2000er
Die App läuft stabil usw. Aber im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz ist die UX veraltet. Kleine Icons „>“ um zu navigieren. Hier bräuchte es ein klarer Refresh
E-Fatture
Non è chiaro quale fattura è stata pagata e quale no. Bisognerebbe semplificare l’overview delle fatture aperte e di quelle pagate. Nel mio caso la fattura di 743 è stata pagata (conferma via notifica già ricevuta) ma sotto e-fatture appre ancora con la campanellina e con la possibilità di pagare. Dovrebbe invece andare nell’archivio.
Incomplet et complexe
Impossible de voir le détail des cartes (numéro, validité, CCV), impossible de voir les applications auxquelles la carte est reliée, complexe à installer et configurer, complexe pour se loguer, pas aboutie
Unübersichtlich und frustrierend
Die App regt mich bei jeder Benützung wieder auf. Die Navigation ist nicht intuitiv, es gibt keine Übersichtlichkeit über bestehende Transaktionen (die kürzlich gemacht wurden) oder bei getätigten Zahlungen von der Bank auf die Karte. Das alles wirkt wenig transparent und vertrauenswürdig. Schlechtes Produkt.

Die app ist alt und nicht modern wie neon neon app ist viel besser als die tc mobile Bitte verändert die app
