Hello I purchased and I subscribed but I CANNOT ask any doubts questions! Pls help!!! Pls!! Its still asking me to pay but I already purchased subscription. PLS HELPPPPPP.

The app looks really nice but I didn’t get to use it cause my country of residence isn’t part of the options for registration but I will appreciate it if the opportunity to use this app that seems very nice is given to more countries like Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and the rest of them.

They called us and told us that they are from a professional education company that my child’s school has partnered with and that they wanted to visit our home for counselling(we later found out from the school it was a lie). They came and made huge promises to the point they even said that they will give us a full campus tour of IIT with our best plan, they assured us our child’s education board was available. Firstly our child’s education board has pretty much no content and they just reused videos from other boards. Secondly, their so called ‘doubt-solving’ feature has just random untrained people who copy paste answers from google and talk rudely if the child asks for a proper explanation. We made multiple calls for refund and they always kept saying ‘we have forwarded this to our team you will get a reply’ but nothing was done. After so much trying, they said go to our BYJU’S platform we will shift the plan and convinced us but then when we found out our child’s board is not even available on the platform they started saying things like ‘make your child change the board’ and kept forcing us to go to BYJU’S , after multiple conversations when we denied they stopped calling and doing anything. We made calls later to customer support and they said they will give a refund but half since the half term was already done ,when we told them this happens because of their delays, they said that according to their ‘system’ we made no complaints. They used baseless excuses to halve the refund. This is a scam.

This app is crashing a lot and I’m the ask section if the photo is clicked the answer is not coming it says recapture I hv done it multiple number of times but it still says recapture this app is useless nowadays

Whenever I click pic it is not able to scan it ,,,it needs to be fixes

If you wanna waste money you can go to this application There are many other platforms like Physics wallah , Byjus This is an unorganised and worst application and there is no mentor to guide you. You pay them nearly 65k and they just throw a tab...(which is not so essential) and there are no more guidelines. The doubts (ask) option is going in a very bad condition where it always ask to connect to a network where I am using a high speed wifi I am sure that these comments are just bogus coz I am in this application for nearly 2 years.
