We promote catch and release sport angling where possible and are keen to welcome newcomers and young anglers to the sport. The app caters for Carp, Coarse, Shore, Kayak, Boat, Lure, and LRF anglers, providing comprehensive logging features with twenty-six specialised content categories and image uploads straight from your phone.

Stay updated with a dynamic news feed of user catches, searchable by species and water type. Engage with our active community of like-minded anglers and discover new fishing spots and anglers fishing in your area. Set your push notifications to alert you when your species of interest is posted or when an angler you follow shares their latest catch.
GEAR AND TACKLE:
Browse our tackle shop for recommended gear with purchase links. Equip yourself with the right tools for every angling situation and stay up to date with the latest tackle trends.

IDENTIFY:
Use our fish identification tool to ID species from our comprehensive 198 Saltwater and 40 Freshwater species database, aided by body shapes and detailed illustrations of each species. This feature is vast and will provide valuable information when identifying a species on the water as well as providing hours of browsing entertainment for any angler.
TARGET SPECIES:
Create your own personal target species list to track your angling goals. Set your sights on specific fish species and strive to catch it. Once you have ticked a target fish off your list, you can upload the details to your catch log and focus on the next goal.
MAP YOUR CATCH:
Mark fishing spots on a personalised UK map with public/private setting options and water type distinctions. Keep a record of your angling hotspots and share them with fellow anglers if you wish. If you prefer your catches to remain private, we respect this and will hide your spots keeping them for your eyes only. You can still view spots posted by other anglers who choose not to remain anonymous.
CATCH LOG:
Record catches with photo, species, weight, date, time, weather, and more. Build your angling database and start your own catch ecosystem. Retrieve fish from your log and sort by species and water type. A soon-to-be-added feature will be a UK-wide leaderboard for anglers who opt in to publicise their catches.
TACKLE AND BAIT GUIDE:
Access tackle and gear recommendations, rig breakdowns, and knot-tying videos to enhance your angling experience. Gain insights from seasoned experts and enhance your understanding of the tackle and baits used to catch your chosen species.
TopRodz PRO Subscription comes with all the above listed features and more as listed in the app. You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase. (If you do not maintain a subscription you can only access the features with a black tick and lose access to any feature with a padlock next to it as listed in the app)
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
