We stay now at the waiting for the bus for literally three hours without a bus. This is unacceptable. We spent a whole entire day waiting for, the bus never arrived, they said he would pass every 15 minutes, but it never happened

Tom and Jackie where some of the best people amazing I had the best time watching everything some of you set your standards way to high I LOVE YALL JACKIE AND TOM ,and for a 15 year old this was crazy a little bit scared on the bridge but it was good I left a 2 dollar tip THATS how much I loved it send my regards to them I wish I could talk to them again ,AND FOR THOES WHO ARE LEAVING 1 STARS CHILL OF BC ITS NOT GOING TO BE FREE AND LOWER YOUR STANDARDS JEEZ

They don’t give you an accurate leaving time and we were stuck in the cold for an hour before we left waiting. They lied and they also must completely fill the bus before you leave! Be Warned!

Wouldn’t recommend you will wait hours for a bus, they only let 4-5 people on at a time so if you have a big group you will never get on together, VERY EXPENSIVE and rude employees.

We were approached and when we said no he kept on assisting us to go so we said yes. We didn’t get to see much attractions like they said..we only went to china town and back, some of the views were okay but I wouldn’t get in it again

This company will not do what they advertise or even half of it. Please do not use!! They will also offer no fair recourse for their failures once they have your money. Based on their Google reviews, they must have their employees write them because everyone on my tour was disappointed and scammed out of very pricey tickets

Practically useless app. While the bus tour itself was okay once we finally got on a bus and it started going, the app was useless helping us find the next bus since the map wouldn’t even load. We were also extremely misled by the sales person who claimed buses always came every 10-15 minutes, when the reality seems to be that they only hit each stop once an hour at the very most, so without the tracking the app is supposed to provide, you’ll be left waiting for a long time with no idea of when the next bus is.

This is a terrible scam. They sell you overpriced tickets for a boat tour that doesn’t even stop at Ellis or Liberty Island. You have to take a bus to get to the actual ferry. There is only one service that takes you to the Statue of Liberty and it is not this one.

Horrible experience. Long lines. Brutal traffic. There’s gotta be a better option

Absolute waste of money! You will sit in traffic all day!
