Takes bookings then cancels them just at time taxi is due, when you call they just don’t care! All in all a terrible experience more than one!

Great App, Would advice maybe prebooking the day before to avoid them being fully booked. Cheapest and smartest by far!

This app used to be amazing, I could book a cab when my rota was released, now however I keep getting “unable to book try preordering” 🤦‍♀️

Had him pick me up at work twice in a row. Really nice guy, gives you ideas which are the best places (EVER) to go to around town and also the best places (EVER) to eat (he should really get paid for his sales talk). Jolly and kind and easy to get along with (EVER) and he also got the squeakiest, cleanliest car EVER! Shout out and kudos to our lovely chap Main Man Dave CAP 23 for being the bestest EVER! A gem to Torbay Taxis indeed. ☺️😎

Not only is the app a mess, they take money off you as a pre authorisation without consent. The woman on the phone was rude not once, but twice! I’d never recommended them as they are a disgrace as a company. Even the drivers complained about the app, nothing like really awful service!
