Shocking never works

Trying to book swimming lessons. I registered on the app and followed the verification link. I then had to input details of my membership. I’m not a member so I couldn’t get any further. I went back to the home screen where I could become a casual member, followed the link, put my details in and it said that the email address was already registered so again, I couldn’t get any further. My mother who was already registered attempted to book a swim for me until the kinks are worked out, she could get as far as the swimming page but when she tried to book, none of the links worked. I’d say there’s more than a few issues with this new system!

Apple Pay so much easier

All good but did a 1 hour session today 15 th. No air con 🥵🥵

Since update the app no longer works on iPhone 12.5.7 update. Is there a fix for this?? Both me and my wife have iPhone 6 so can’t update any higher than this. App works on iPad which is 16.3.1 update.

Wondering the app flips between the other leisure centres so you can see the full list of classes on and book multiple?

The app works for me. I’m able to quickly browse and book swimming sessions. There is a minor bug - after the payment via world pay, you can’t navigate back to view the booking. But this is annoying rather than a blocker. Nice app, very useful.

Can’t even register or login. Says it’s sending me an email which never comes

Can’t create an account as you can’t get past the ‘accept terms and conditions’ box.
