Best shop ever! Always good products. Slow on postage, but has improved slightly lately.

The first few times I used the app to look at and buy clothes it was great. But now the old discount codes I used in the cart wont delete and it constantly gives me the wrong prices and wont let me check out until I get rid of the old codes which it wont let me do. So I add things to my cart in the app then sign into my account on the normal website to get the prices and buy.

Waste of time.

App hasn’t worked since the last “update” 4 weeks ago, how are people supposed to use it when it doesn’t work?

I like Torrid, a little less than I used too. I do think their overall offerings and selections in clothes from tops to bottoms has improved greatly in the past year. I feel as if they’re buyers have finally begun to select less ridiculous comical type clothes (think juniors for adult women and preteen girls likes) for more accurate fashion for plus size women starting at size 10! 10? Plus size? But good on Torrid for starting there as many other players seem to scoff at the size and stop at 7-8 then jump to 14-16. My one and only but major unhappiness with Torrid currently is I’ve shopped with them a lot this past year and gave little in reward points and cash back to show for it! Do they really think their customer is so naive as to not notice their shifty marketing at reward redemption and discount times? No kidding! I added some items to my cart online, the total pre redemption total was $106.30 During redemption period the exact checkout with my Torrid rewards total went up to $125.43! That’s using two Torrid Cash of $25 off $50. Not so slick marketing is really just screwing the customer and rewarding them for loyalty and money spent with a pie in your face! At least Lane Bryant’s “Real Women’s Dollars” actually come with far less restrictions on clearance and sale priced items and less marketing scam meanness! Stop insulting a group of women who have very limited choices for cute and contemporary clothes, Torrid! It’s insulting and it’s wrong! Do better and you’ll get better business from a group of women who are tired of paying more for “plus size” and scams!

I have never been able to get the app to load

Torrid is updating their clothing every season which I appreciate. It used to be really gaudy and it’s becoming high fashion. I love shopping here… too much. But there are always sales which help and I hope to one day get sponsored by torrid and become walking advertisement for plus size clothing from here!

Torrid is my go to every time I want a great fit and bright colors!!! Torrid ALWAYS has me looking sharp and I ALWAYS get compliments on my outfits!!!

I have not been able to use the app for a while. The website works great and I love the brand, I just wish the app was functional.

App does not work on new iPhone, so that’s 0 stars if it can’t even function. :( Torrid, please fix this! This has been messed up for MONTHS!
