Total Connect 2.0

TC App on my Apple 5 watch doesn’t work. Won’t arm. Phone works fine. Tried to figure out how to contact support. I don’t have FB or X.

I find the app rarely connects to panel on first try. It has been this way for years

Since we have had the Bluestream security system when we moved in 1 year ago, we have been very disappointed with the security system as far as the original Skybell was installed. It was updated to Total Connect after many problems before it was updated. First because our doorbell does not face the front of the house, it does not pick up activity down the walkway. Notifications appear after someone actually comes up to the door. It is constantly saying can’t connect.

Doorbell is very inconsistent Just very poor!!!

Fix the panel communication lag. App has to be refreshed continually in the zone list for it to properly communicate with my panel. Otherwise it loses devices and won’t operate them if you have smart devices attached. It’s getting annoying.

I agree with others that this app takes too long to log in or to send alarm/disarm or lock/unlock commands. Now it routinely tells me my garage door opener is "offline," so I can't use the app to operate the door remotely if needed. Yet in the app activity log it shows every time I open or close the garage door without the app, so I'm not sure how the unit is "offline"? Have tried rebooting power to the garage door opener and the alarm system panel but the app still says the garage door is "offline."

Does not have modern look or features

Installed 2 weeks ago. Unable to sync so useless so far. Dealer trying to contact Honeywell tech support but not responding very fast. So far, would not recommend product.

I need a phone number. I don’t have no way of contacting anyone.
