App worked great, then you “updated” it a few months ago. It hasn’t worked since then!!

Very nice app, clear functionality. Seems to have connection issues more than expected. Hate the fact that after having bought the thermostat I have to deal with advertising to use the app. This isn’t some version of a free game I downloaded, I paid for this product I shouldn’t have to cancel out of advertising to actually use the app that controls my thermostat.

Thermostat was easy to setup, connect to WiFi, and use. Simple app interface.

I shouldn’t have to deal with ads to change the temperature on my thermostat.

Need to Be able to Schedule different temps for different days and times

At a minimum, this should use biometric login. Manual password login each use, no widgets, no easily visible home temp icon or indicator, no watch apps, no thermostat settings available other than temp and fan settings. This should be entirely customized. I should be able to set all thermostat schedules, home and away settings, biometric login, Apple Watch application should be available, widget should be created. This apps limitations defeat most of the purpose of having a connected thermostat. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

The thermostat works wonderfully! I can schedule both for cool and heated comfort. However, I can only access the thermostat while I’m in the house. I really wish I could follow up while we’re away from home.

I’ve had this app for about four years and I absolutely love it. You must have a smart thermostat to use this, but it works great. You can turn it on or off remotely. You can change the schedules on your smart phone and your house will be comfortable when you get home. Plus or minus an hour on your schedule can you make a big difference in how comfortable you are when you arrive home.

Now I have to click through filter ads before changing ac temperature. This is a pathetic, shady, low rent, thirsty app whos developers seem to have no good concept of what a good app looks like.
