Absolutely love this app. It’s really easy to navigate depending on what problem I have. I love the fact it’s personalised to me and sends me notifications. I used to forget to do my exercises but you only see benefit if you are consistent. It’s helping maintain posture and movement in my back. I have a desk based job so it’s been very effective.
