Total Training App

Superb app at the top of it’s game. Unbelievable amount of resource that’s been monumental to my training journey. 10/10, couldn’t recommend enough!

I have been using this app from the get go, I’ve tried many in my time but this is by far the best I have ever used! The transformation this app has given me is second to none and I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for an app that actually provides good results!

No only has this app got fantastic features it’s also helped me build up my confidence. With a plethora of animations showing you simple & effective workouts it’s given me the urge to sign up to the gym. Thanks Total Training!

I have always been quite an active person, my main interests are Cycling and Swimming. Three big improvements I have made since joining Total Training are my overall strength, Nutrition and sleep. I have added a couple of strength and TRX classes to my schedule since joining Total Training but the biggest improvement I have made is with Nutrition. The Nutrition part of the App and support and education from Total Training has been a game changer for me. Knowing how much Protein, Carbs and Fats I need to fuel my body properly has and is continuing to make a big difference. There are also many recipes which gives you lots of options. With being educated on the importance of sleep, all of this is giving me more energy and I feel my workouts are much more effective.
