The app is the perfect companion to the online CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, making it easy to do everyday tasks while on the go. Check your menu plan, swap meals around, log your weight, view your daily food units and check your shopping list - all from your phone!
If weight loss is your goal, the TWD app will motivate you to stay on track.

Sync data from your favourite devices to make it easy to track your exercise and weight. The Total Wellbeing Diet uses HealthKit to read (not write) physical activity and body weight data from devices you have allowed Apple Health access to. Syncing is optional and can be revoked at any time.

The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet is a higher protein, low GI eating plan that is scientifically-formulated by Australia’s national science agency. The app would be very good but seems to forget what menu plan I’m on and has problems adding meals to tracker.

Let’s start with the basics….a tracker needs to display the TARGET and TRACKING at the same time as the food/meal data entry list…..no point requiring users to bounce back and forth to other pages to display essential data. QUIT the constant popups, they add zero value, are distracting, and downright annoying when they cover data trying to be viewed. Double data being displayed is useless and a waste of time….if a user inputs a food item, there is no point listing it a second time immediately below as a “recently used” food entry….very poor design and frustrating waste of energy to read the same thing twice on the same data entry display! IMPROVE users ability to totally block all recipes with allergens…..it’s very frustrating when the system cannot be forced to provide a better meal option when it cannot be taught what items cannot be eaten. Always “planning your own” meal frustrates the process of being able to “follow a meal plan” that simply cannot be followed due to a lack of alternative meal options! Meal Planner should DISPLAY the target values and what the “plan” is expected to achieve for the day, this is BASICALLY ESSENTIAL data when swapping meals around to ensure that when you’re planning your week, you are aiming to achieve the balanced TWD approach to food units!

Introductory exercise program designed only for younger healthy people

A few difficulties getting used to the App. Had duplicate entries for a while till I worked out how to edit entries. Also I think the snacks should be tracked separately rather than as a meal, apart from the shake portion. There needs to be an extra exercise program for old obese ladies with arthritis and balance problems . I can walk ok but not kneel, and the program is far too advanced for me. I am going to do a physio based group so I can increase fitness without a fall or injury.

Automatically renews your membership and impossible to get e refund. Constant spam no matter how many times you unsubscribe. My next stop is the ACMA website to make a complaint there. Women over 45, don’t bother. Women from non-white backgrounds prepare for the English meat three vegans dairy choices that seem to be all these weird scientists have on offer.
