touchAble Pro

Groups open on ableton but not on touchable. Please fix this

Hi there again! Well, firstable I wanted to say that I own; ModStep, Touchable 3, Touchable mini, Touchable Pro and Studiomux (and midimux but its useless in comparision with studiomux). So, there’s a par of things that it would be really useful in my case: 1.-I use to play my instrument apps on Ableton with Studiomux, and control with TouchAble pro with the same iPad Pro 10’5. And sometimes, I like to perform directly from the instrument app, so, It is little tricky to press the home button twice to change between them. Even when I use audiobus, I just can change between the instrument apps (moog, Syntronik, audiokit, etc...) with cc’s or notes messages but, not TouchAble. So it forces me to use the home button. It would be great if Touchable is able to put it in front with just an assignment. 2.-CC’S buttons, in Touchable 3 they were able to stay “on” I mean, they had a toogle mode, now they don’t. Just “momentary” and “one shot”. It is very useful to se when it’s on or off so you know what fx are working. I hope you read me again! Cheers,

Very poor customer support. I bought this app several months ago and still have not being able to use. I tried to get help thought the forum, but no one has helped me and other people with the same issue

Please take this app out of the store!! Just payed good money for an app that does not work!!!

I was a previous user of Touchable. It was. Great app. I just purchased Pro today and cannot get the download of the required server software which needs to be installed on the PC for this to work. From posts on their forum, it appears the devs are not responding to support questions nor updating the app. Do your research before you buy. Hopefully a dev May offer support to get the required download file. Else, I’ve wasted $30

Not sure what happened but this once-great app appears to now be abandonware. Links on the site to the server software are non-functional. Forum posts go unanswered. Feeling really stupid about upgrading yesterday and losing $30. Refund anyone? (I’m more than happy to revise this rating if the developer wakes up and updates their site.)

After purchasing this application from the App Store, I found out that the developer has abandoned the project and is no longer supporting it so I paid $39 for something that does not work. I will be demanding a refund from Apple and requesting that they take this product down since it’s just scooping up money from people and doesn’t actually do what its supposed to do.

Downloaded the server.exe from their website on my pc and now my pc freezes within 10 sec of booting EVERY TIME. I should have listened to windows when it said the file was malicious but I saw the dev response saying that’s ok. Now I’m going to have to wipe my pc. Do not download this virus of an app whatever you do.

Does what it says it does….really really well. Not sure why this app has anything other than a 5 star rating. I’m running Ableton live 11 version 11.2.6 on windows 10 version 21H with an iPad. Installed perfectly. Works perfectly. No problems at all. Only thing I can think of re: the other reviews is that people don’t know how to follow basic install instructions????
