Constantly being charge for things that we did not sign up for. Customer service is slow and their technology is about 2 Years Behind Square. We use them for four years before switching to Square night and day.

Great app for when I can’t be at the restaurant

I was hesitant to use this app because of the reviews but another friend who owns a restaurant was raving about it. We love it. I can check my current sales, make menu changes and make changes to my online ordering on the fly from my phone! Would definitely recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to be in their restaurant 24/7

Wow this app is bad, a zero star should be applicable. Can’t open, can’t refresh, just 10/10 doesn’t work. Reminds me of the EVO app. Real bad. Bad bad.

I have never experienced such a consistently disappointing app. I have been working with TB for about 1 year now and all I can say is you get what you pay for. So many issues I can’t even begin to mention but this particular reporting app has malfunctioned more times than I can count. It crashes half the time and the other half the data is not even pulling correctly. Like I said….terrible

App doesn’t even open now, black screen of death. 🙄 Please hire better software designers.

TouchBistro started off great and is just failing in every way possible. This app can’t properly work for longer than a few weeks, I’ve had to delete it and reinstall it over a dozen times now.

I mean the app is weak. Compared to Square, it’s like running windows 95. This issue is only on mobile but if you’re a business owner that is always on the run and and doesn’t want to carry a laptop with you, then it’s pretty much useless. Would love to see an actual app. Also, not having access to customizable dates for dashboard reports is such a pain. You can’t even generate a “last week” report on the correct dates It’s surprising really because the Touch Bistro app itself is a great user experience but the reports to go app is beyond terrible.

Absolutely useless app. This app has proved that not having data in the cloud and only on the iPad, was a horrible business model. I can never access my shop reports, will be dropping TB soon.

Unbelievable that an App developed by a software company whom I spend $2000+ per year with could be this bad. Constantly running into bugs that make the app unusable, reports constantly displaying incorrect information, or just flat out not letting me sign in. Not even worth the free price tag... do better Touch Bistro.
