Paid again
I’m writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent change in your app. I purchased TouchRetouch when it was a paid app, believing that the features available at that time were part of a one-time payment. However, I recently discovered that the app is now free with in-app purchases, and many of the features I had previously paid for are locked behind a subscription. As a paying customer, I feel this is unfair, as I had already invested in the app with the expectation of having full access to these features indefinitely. It’s disheartening to see that loyal customers like myself are now expected to pay again to use features that were once part of the package we paid for. I believe that as someone who supported your app financially, I deserve either full access to these features without needing a subscription or some form of compensation to reflect the value of my original purchase. Please let me know how you can address this issue. I trust that your team will consider the needs of early adopters who have helped support the app from the beginning.
