Tour24 self-guided apt tour

I like the app but it lags so much it’s hard to really use it…

This app actively fights against you when trying to use it, website works perfectly but cant say the same for this for some reason

Literally does not let you move past the login screen. You can try resetting your password but trust me that won’t help. You can’t do your tour without the app so just don’t even schedule. Complete waste of time and completely soured me on The Benjamin in Seaport. If your upscale property is using this service you should stop. Immediately.

As others have said, this is a great concept. Unfortunately, it’s also poorly executed. The app simply doesn’t work. I’m able to create an account, but I’ve never been able to sign into that account via the app. When tapping “sign in”, nothing happens. No error. No new screen. Just nothing. Signing in on the website works, but the app appears to be required to access any apartment building.

TERRIBLE APP - We drove for 2 hours for a tour, we received confirmation, we downloaded de app and it DID NOT WORK. NOBODY RESPONDED. If you want to do something using technology at least prepare your infrastructure for it. We have used this app for 4 different tours and they have ALL been a mess. Now I don’t even want to consider a place if they have this app.

It’s already stressful enough to find a place without an app that is so so broken. Terrible UI with fields that go off screen while you type. Breaks any kind of auto completion because the input fields are of the wrong type, so enjoy typing the same info over and over. Resetting your password is broken too, I tried twice already. I was never able to make it to my visit after submitting my id and credit card because the app is so bad. If you start the process on the web, FINISH IT ON THE WEB.

This is my 3rd time reinstalling this. The first 2 times were because I couldn’t log into my account and the reset password button just loaded for a millisecond then nothing happened. Now, I’m trying to schedule a tour and the “next” button is doing the same thing.

It was useless for my tour. If you have the display set to larger text it blocks the login process. When entering your password the keyboard blocks login button. You must click back up to User ID then you can login Once you get passed the login, the lockbox code is nowhere to be found. App says it’s at the top but because the app doesn’t scale to your screen it’s cut off. I was able to get a leasing agent to show me around. He was the one that told me the app doesn’t work if you’re using larger text Another issue is downloading the tour. It kept failing due to a weak signal near this property. It should suggest downloading before you head out. Their website is kind of a mess too but we’ll only bash the app here.

I can’t even login because the button is not responding (???)
