Tracfone Wireless My Account

I first paid for one month of talk and text it worked great for a couple weeks and then all of the sudden it wasn’t working anymore. And so I called them to fix the issue I had to call them 3 times to get someone to fix the issue so that was over 2 hours of on the phone with them. But they did fix it and then it would happen again so I got them to fix it for 4 times and then I gave up. And so I wanted to get my phone unlocked from them when it was originally a different providers phone and they said you will have to pay for one more month of service and I decided to get the data and talk and text plan well that worked for like 1 week and it didn’t work anymore. So I just waited out the month and I called them to get it unlocked and she said they can’t get it unlocked and then I recalled them and then another person answered and said she will get it unlocked and I will get a email in 72 business hours to confirm it’s unlocked. Well it came over 72 business hours and so I called again and then they said I have to pay for a year of service to get my phone unlocked. I’m not doing that I’m paying for nothing I’m wasting my money on it. So I have to get a new phone because of tracfone they screwed me over. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Been using TracFone for many years and have never had any problems. Highly recommend as an everyday phone.

Totally upset that Tracfone is no longer going to be come November of 2024.

Everything is bad—the customer service when you need assistance is piss poor. They hardly help you at all and they just forward you to other people who then do the same. I have never had my problem resolved ever contacting them and I have had numerous problems. The app itself is awful it hardly ever allows you to log in even when updating the app. The website is awful as well, all you get is a pop up when trying to login. Tracfone you guys seem to need a rehaul in every department.

Every time I enter my password about 80% I can not get it to not show grayed out button. I have correct password it is saved in password keeper so i am not messing up entering password. It also lets me log in sometimes. I select fingerprint and each time that doesn’t work. I have to go through the process of logging in again with email and password. Which cannot be done most times.

I’m so happy I switched! Not happy with metro devices & limited memory on phones and their poor customer service. Completely different experience with Tracfone. Customer service kind professional knowledgeable & resolved all questions & concerns. Fast & easy app & only paying for service that I actually need/use.

I can no longer use this app to renew my phone plan because the button I need to press to checkout is below the bottom of my screen and every time I try to scroll down it automatically scrolls back up.

Can’t understand most because of strong accents from another country wish better help with problems still can’t track my mins. Or if my new card was added Think at Christmas time I added $100.00 Card guess that was a waste of money

After two months of phone not working and many contacts with Tracfone the phone was finally fixed so we bought another year and data through the app, but after a few days unlimited phone and texts and all data disappeared. Through many chats and phone calls got phone texts back on, but no data. After many more chats and calls got some data back, but nowhere near what was bought. After many more phone calls and chats, a letter was wrote to Tracfone with no response. After 5 months all I can think to do is to contact our states Attorney General to resolve this because Tracfone does not care.

Before minutes, texts, or data completely run out it would be most helpful if you sent me a text warning in advance that I am about to run out of minutes/texts/data.
