Track My Pension

Compared to the older (discontinued) app, this one offers a more modern look but no improved functionality or added features. Several log-in attempts - at least 3 - are required before app displays pension plan details. When access to plan details are finally granted, it takes more time - compared to the discontinued app - until are details are loaded and displayed. Different funds are displayed is nuances of green color only - multiple colors would be a better solution. In summary: there is a lot of room for improvement. Update June 2021: looks like some improvements have been made in the background... Access via TouchID and FaceID now working 👍

The app is fairly rudimentary. However, it is useful. It could be hugely improved by introducing cookies that weren’t automatically deleted whenever the app is updated, such that the app didn’t force the user to enter their full credentials. Since the password is only available from the online portal, this is a real waste of time and energy.

Projected benefits displayed is never accurate .

Just can’t use this thing as it won’t let me log in with the same userID / password combination I use for the website.

Lets you track most aspects of your pension. Love the unit price graphs, helpful to manage your own investments. Would be good to see your total pot value over time

The one advantage this app has is it means you can’t check your pension and be acceptable to the fluctuations in the market and that affecting your mood. Honestly, in this day and age it’s crazy how bad this is.

This is a terrible app I have ever used. Takes ages to load and doesn’t load most of the times and asks me to remove account and try again. Even if it loads by luck, doesn’t show really useful information. Can’t believe my pension is being managed here and it really scares me. Even kids do better job than this. This app is as terrible as their support team. I hope my company moves away from this rubbish as soon as possible. I am not even able to login to mobile app with generated credentials. Just tried multiple times and tired of it. Just deleted the app. Such a shame.

Can’t log on using same credentials as website. Terrible experience. Thanks for managing my pension though - I’m sure that’s better…
