Tracki GPS

The update in February 2025 is terrible! Realtime updates are slower, accuracy is diminished, it jumps from spot to spot and several hundred feet away from actual location. Updates are supposed to improve the app. Not make it worse.

The app itself is not bad but having to call support for canceling the subscription is insane and they “offer” live chat and automated chat support and both does not work, i dont recommend buying their tracker or buy the subscription its a waste of money

I cancelled service but wasn’t refunded until contacted again. We got our renewal pending charges from the bank alert and since we no longer drive a vehicle, I cancelled by chat. I took photos of the chat for our records. Only to learn it was NOT refunded as it stated in the chat. I had to call and demand to refund a two year renewal subscription or file complaint with my card services, along with a confirmation email to have it in writing. There was no apologies, inconvenience credit, or anything else offered even though we were referring others. We won’t be going forward.

Being married is difficult, therefore I won't pretend to be innocent. We had a goal: for her to be a stay-at-home mother, so I was working. She moved on after realizing what she desired. With what I saw on her phone, I was very curious as to why this occurred. I looked for a private investigator online and found Chris. I responded to his email at Darkhatguru@ gmailcom and explained everything to him over the phone. He promised me complete access to her phone, and I paid for his services. Three hours later, he had complete access to my wife's phone, and I could see who she was still in love with. It was as if I held her phone in my palm! Nothing is more humiliating than discovering that your significant other was unfaithful due to her high school crush! I was dazed, but I had actual evidence.

Won’t work initially if the device doesn’t have access to the sky. If you put it in a trunk and send it on its way you can say goodbye.

This app used to be great. Very simple and easy to use. I could reactivate and deactivate my subscription at just a click of a button. Now when you want to deactivate your subscription you have to call them or live chat with them. The response time with them is very slow as you message them and you sit is wait for a response. Once they do respond and you reply, you’re sitting there without a response for 5-10 minutes as they are helping other customers at the same time as you. Very frustrating.

I’ve had a Tracki for about a year now and it has been a very positive experience. The battery lasts for days (even on the one minute updates) and the customer service is excellent. They’re very responsive, respectful, and transparent. I’ve never been overcharged for anything or had any type of payment issue. I definitely recommend!

Lo active por un mes , y cuando vi mi estado de cuenta me cobraron otro mes sin avisarme,se suponía que si activaba un mes era solo ese mes , ahora que me van andar reembolsando mi dinero,por favor cuidado con esto cuando agarras un plan ellos lo renuevan sin avisar .

Horrible service when you call in. Difficult to work with, update billing info, and use their app.
