Most of the time of line, and have to call to reboot so I can get a real time position .

Does not update position regularly enough. I have this devise to track movements of a security guard on my property and it doesn’t show accurately enough his movements

The app latest update doesn’t work on iPhone 5s

I have the Mobile Tracking Device and it’s awesome. App works well with my device. 100%

Would rather recommend any other tracker… Countless of issues with this product… power shortage , alarm going off for no reason 6am In the morning, daily… and they suggested I “disalarm certain security settings… wich basically kills the purpose of security / tracking system… and not real time tracking !!!!

I have used this app for about 8 plus years, have gps modules in 7 x vehicles and have recovered stolen vehicles twice using the app. Positioning used to update quickly but I find nowadays the position update it substantially delayed, also final position of stationary vehicle is often 100 - 200m off actual vehicle position, this in my mind renders the app useless, think this is due to position update rate. Otherwise happy with app

My hubby often goes on rides his Adventure bike on his own and this tracker gives me such peace of mind
